Jenny, founder of TwoTone Creative and lover of all things business, marketing, and design, leads a creative team in West Des Moines, Iowa. TwoTone helps businesses large and small elevate their brand and grow their audience with remarkable marketing and design. Jenny received her B.F.A. in Visual Communications from Truman State University and now resides in Urbandale with her favorite human - her husband, Jake, and their two daughters Piper and Amelia. Jesus has made the greatest impact on Jenny's life and she attributes all success to Him.
Jill LaBarre has 20+ years of experience in human resources. With an undergraduate from the University of Iowa and a master’s in public administration from Drake University, Jill is results-oriented with extensive experience as a strategic business partner for companies and clients. She is driven to work with all levels of an organization to manage employee policy and programs, drive leadership philosophy, and help build and sustain a trusting and empowered culture. Jill is SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certified, demonstrating mastery in her field. She loves the mix of working with people, processes and systems that accompanies human resources, and feels rewarded knowing what she does fits into the bigger picture of a company and each individual associate.
With more than 16 years of experience in human resource management, Julie Heuton is an enthusiastic expert when it comes to creating a positive culture for associates at Two Rivers Marketing. Julie began her agency career on the administrative side and quickly found her calling to work with associates in whatever capacity was needed. She now leads all human resources efforts at the agency including on-boarding processes, talent and performance management, employee relations, recruiting and talent acquisitions, learning and development, employee benefits administrations, agency culture, ESOP education and policy development.
With experience in all things design, business, and craft beer, Melissa Carlson, co-owner of 818 – a tiny design empire – is passionate about helping small businesses develop and manage their brands. 818 has extensive project experience with brand marketing and environmental graphic design, and provides creative direction, project management, and leadership to the team at 818.
Rheya is the Breaking News Anchor for KCCI 8 News at 5, 6, and 10 p.m. News. She solo Anchors the 9pm News on 8.2 METV. Previously, she was the third Anchor on KCCI 8 News this Morning, Anchored traffic and KCCI 8 News at Noon. She has passion for social issues and has taken up the role of focusing on diverse and pressing topics that are reflective of society and Iowa communities. She's won a diversity and inclusion award from ISU in 2019 and an Emmy nomination in 2020 for her reporting.
Rheya started her career in Albany, Ga as a multi-media journalist. Her career continued in Augusta, Ga where she started as a morning MMJ and quickly became the go -to for LIVE breaking news reports. There she also cultivated and Anchored a segment called "The Morning Top Five."
Rheya is a graduate of ASU's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and is currently getting her Master's in Legal Studies at ASU's Sandra Day O Connor school of Law.
