WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

The primary responsibility of the Account Supervisor is to develop strong integrated campaign strategies for their clients, as well as to manage the consistent execution of these strategies throughout the campaign lifecycle. Responsible for balancing campaign quality and budgets, the Account Supervisor works closely with Integrated Marketing teams to ensure that programs are executed on time, on budget, and on quality.

The Account Supervisor communicates regularly with their clients about high-level topics, including campaign strategy and budget (e.g., change orders or out-of-scope requests). This role maintains a working knowledge of their clients’ brand and consumer profiles, enabling them to create effective marketing strategies. The Account Supervisor can clearly articulate their own agency’s service offerings and capabilities, allowing them to support the Account Director in consistent upselling and cross-selling in their accounts.

 

WHAT OUR ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR WILL DO ONCE THEY’RE HERE:

  • Demonstrates a pervasive knowledge of core agency service offerings/capabilities
  • Maintains deep understanding of how internal estimates map back to SOWs/contracts
  • Demonstrates knowledge of program/campaign architecture and estimate structures
  • Ensures successful client onboarding (using onboarding checklist)
  • Oversees development of detailed marketing plan sections
  • Maintains working knowledge of their clients’ industry/segment
  • Maintains working knowledge of clients and their customer profiles
  • Maintains working knowledge of clients’ competitors
  • Manages out-of-scope requests at project level
  • Manages program/campaign budgets
  • Serves as primary business owner for both client and internal account teams for all elements relative to their programs/campaigns
  • Cultivates relationships with clients at mid-level management (e.g., product/marketing manager)
  • Develops ongoing strategic recommendations that solve business objectives for clients, above and beyond contracted programs/campaigns
  • Ensures successful execution of their clients’ programs/campaigns
  • Owns client communication (financial- or program/campaign-related)
  • Collaborates with creative team to ensure that creative execution remains on strategy and provides strong brand stewardship
  • Effectively presents, sells, and defends integrated agency campaign work to clients
  • Manages program/campaign financial metrics
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of the client’s organizational structure and operations
  • Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Complete timesheet on a daily basis
  • Other relevant duties to position as assigned

 

WHAT OUR ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
  • Marketing agency experience is required
  • Thorough knowledge of agency capabilities/offerings
  • Skilled in developing client proposals and SOWs
  • Skilled in developing program/campaign goals and benchmarking
  • Skilled in successfully managing clients through programs with multiple complex projects
  • Skilled in program/campaign and project financial management and analysis
  • Skilled in developing complex programs/campaigns with demonstrable ROI
  • Skilled in leadership of integrated strategy throughout programs/campaigns/projects
  • Experience developing integrated marketing plans and budgets aligned with client’s business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership to solve client business objectives
  • Experience providing strong brand stewardship for clients throughout programs/campaigns
  • Experience in growing client relationships

AS A CLIENT MANAGER YOU WILL:

  • Support the marketing plan and strategy developed by senior leaders.
  • Act as the key contact for client questions and requests, makes suggestions and recommendations that result in building client relationship and business.
  • Proactively seek ways to identify, anticipate, and communicate client needs, initiatives, objectives, and opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations for client/branch/dealers for budget spending.
  • Communicate and collaborate with disciplines in the organization in order to facilitate client requests to ensure client success.
  • Research, collect and manage client specific consumer insights.
  • Analyze past results (season or year) and review data in dashboards.
  • Partner with the Project Management team, collaborate to deliver on project schedules, identify project risks related to changes in scope and timing.
  • Serves as a positive role model by representing the SA’s Core Values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years in Marketing or related experience. Experience in sales or customer service required.
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing campaigns to articulate strong recommendations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of budgets and financials for client scopes and maintain strong agency business.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills across multi-channel media (print, digital, social)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management in a professional setting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment; must be resourceful and self-motivating.
  • Must have strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

AS A WORDPRESS DEVELOPER/WEB DESIGNER
YOU WILL:

  • Work with the client and internal teams to design and develop visually compelling websites while keeping UX/UI best practices in mind
  • Translate ideas and requirements into detailed interaction flows, wireframes, and page designs
  • Create wireframes, style guides, sitemaps, and page layouts for web projects
  • Assist in implementing final designs into working front-end solutions that meet specifications and requirements outlined for the project
  • Perform rigorous QA and testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure design accuracy and adjust as necessary
  • Collaborate with project managers, content strategists, developers, and other agency personnel on projects
  • As needed, assist in designing digital creative for marketing campaigns (banners, email campaigns, illustrations, etc.) with a focus on a cohesive marketing strategy
  • Present and collaborate on designs at key milestones in every project to peers and client stakeholders
  • Bridge communication between front-end design and back-end development
  • Bring ideas and improvements to design process and actively find a better way, always

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD) with a proven track record in website design
  • Strong design concept skills, including typography, colors, styles, etc.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines
  • Understands responsive design and digital user experience
  • Experienced in WordPress content management system
  • Highly skilled in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

 

SKILLS:

  • Superior organization, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks in a deadline driven work environment
