Performance Marketing, a full service marketing agency is looking for a media superstar to join our Media Services team. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, execution and stewardship of media efforts for multiple clients, and for providing strategic guidance and tactical recommendations that drive positive business results.


• Develop and present effective and efficient strategic media plans

• Implement media buys across all platforms including digital and social channels, consumer and trade print, broadcast, outdoor, negotiate rates, issue media orders, traffic creative, etc.

• Manage media budgets and handle media invoice reconciliation

• Perform regular media audits to ensure schedules run and deliver as planned, and generate campaign performance reports

• Collect and review creative specifications and deadlines from media vendors to ensure assets are available and ready on time

• Create and maintain media related documents such as timelines, plans, contracts, client memos, contact reports, etc. that are used for internal and external communication purposes

• Compile and maintain research data and media/marketing information

• Actively participate in client and vendor billing, collaborating with the account management and accounting teams

• Maintain productive and positive working relationships with clients, vendors and internal team members


• Expertise in a variety of media tactics is required, including digital, social, broadcast, regional and national print (consumer and trade) and outdoor

• Proficiency in STRATA, SQAD, SRDS, and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Experience with DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Analytics or AdWords is strongly preferred

• Must be highly organized and detail oriented

• Quantitative and analytical skills are a plus

• Team player, flexible, works well under deadlines

• 2-4 years of media planning/buying experience
