Public Relations/Content Marketing Specialist

In this position, you’ll work directly with clients and our senior team to manage public relations and create editorial content for print, digital and social media—both paid and earned. This role includes developing strategic plans, creating editorial calendars, and writing content, such as e-newsletters, blogs, social media posts, news releases and more. -Design and implement PR and social media strategies to achieve marketing goals for multiple clients in B2B and B2C industries.
-Fulfill traditional PR duties, including developing crisis communication plans, handling media relations, writing press releases, etc.
-Develop planning and strategic documents, presentations, speeches, social media posts and more to support client outreach.
-Collaborate with account service and creative teams on product launches, rebranding initiatives, and event planning and promotion.
-Team with account service to help write and edit RFPs, and present to prospective clients.
-Manage your own workload and prioritize deadlines independently to achieve client goals.
Seven plus years of experience in public relations, marketing, or communications
College degree in public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field
Extensive professional experience writing and editing for a variety of media
Social media management, monitoring and content development
Agency experience is a plus, but not required
