Description

Two Rivers Marketing is looking for an individual to assist with day-to-day management of business-to-business accounts. This position is a hands-on project manager facilitating internal projects, ensuring processes are followed, and tracking project budgets. Applicants should be familiar with all facets of marketing (advertising, public relations, direct marketing, and interactive/digital marketing). This role contributes to strategic planning and thinking. This individual is responsible for supervising internal team communications and is responsible for day-to-day client and vendor communication. Individuals must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to traffic jobs, manage print production, and assist with general account administration including planning, creative strategy, budgeting, and billing. Candidates should also have excellent business writing skills, and the ability to meet with clients and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects/campaigns

• Contribute to strategic planning and development of client marketing plans

• Serve as a day-to-day client contact

• Independently develop work authorizations and estimates for standard projects; develop work authorizations and estimates for large-scale projects, ongoing programs, and multi-tactic campaigns with collaboration and approval from manager

• Process monthly client billing in conjunction with account director

• Update monthly forecasts for review

• Facilitate projects and allocation of account and creative team members

• Manage regular daily communications of all projects, ensuring deadlines are met while quality work is being delivered

• Assist/train new team members on agency processes

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing-related work experience, with experience managing people preferred

• Fundamental understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including collateral, digital, social, content, media, etc.

• Strong communication skills combined with business acumen

• Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills

• Good business writing skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Solid presentation skills

• Ability to engage and maintain relationships with manager, internal team, and client contacts

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
