Description

Two Rivers Marketing is looking to add a digital project manager to their digital team. This person will work hand-in-hand with the creative, strategy, and account services teams at Two Rivers to define implementation solutions for our clients, including the responsibilities noted below. The ideal candidate thrives on taking a project from planning through launch, ongoing optimization, working collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, and helping manage the creation of exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning, including the development of project plans and work process breakdown, identifying critical milestones, task dependencies, and key collaboration points

• Manage project execution, including working with team members to ensure they have all the information and assets needed to complete their work, removing barriers, and addressing issues as they arise

• Collect and document project requirements and communicate task details, deadlines, and next steps

• Monitor project progress, including project budgets, deliverables, and timelines as well as checking in with team members to ensure the project is proceeding as planned

• Assist in project scoping and planning activities, leading where appropriate

• Manage multiple projects ranging in size and scope and prioritize team efforts as needed to ensure overall quality and timeliness of work

• Work within website content management systems, supporting content entry for website launches and ongoing maintenance

• Conduct quality assurance testing, working with project team members to define and execute test scenarios

• Collaborate as part of an integrated, cross-functional team, leading where appropriate

• Forecast workload for assigned projects and monitor project budgets and timelines

Requirements

• Strong understanding of project management principles

• Solid experience executing digital projects within a wide range of scope and budgets

• Understanding of the principles and application of Responsive Web Design (RWD)

• Solid understanding of the principles and application of user experience (UX) design, usability, and interactive best practices

• Must be detail oriented, possess strong communication skills, and work easily with resources at all levels

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and email platforms is a plus

• Defect management and tracking

• Work successfully in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

• Ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising quality

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 3 years related experience
