The media coordinator supports the implementation, management and reporting of paid media campaigns through print, digital, search, out-of-home, broadcast/cable TV, radio and social media channels. This entry/junior-level position provides training and skills development necessary for the media planner/buyer position.

• Collaborate with media team and key members of account and project management teams to ensure campaigns are executed properly

• Place, confirm, document and monitor paid media placements

• Inform ad production and traffic creative materials to vendors for media placements

• Manage media vendor invoice reconciliation and client billing for media hard costs

• Assist in resolution of vendor billing and reporting discrepancies

• Actualize media grids and budget documentation based upon vendor and client billing

• Collect, prepare and analyze campaign metrics for monthly reporting

• Manage media rep relationships, maintain contact lists and coordinate meetings as needed

• Support media and other shared services team members as needed with research, media kit collection, presentation development, planning and buying activities


Candidate must be detail-oriented and highly organized with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• High-level understanding of media channels and metrics

• Experience working with media software (e.g. Strata/Freewheel) is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Desire to continuously and actively learn about all forms of online and offline media
