We are currently seeking a Senior People Analytics Manager to build the analytics landscape, enabling us to tell the stories of our amazing people and creating clear, actionable insights which allow for data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will have strong quantitative skills, experience building meaningful analytics, and is passionate about connecting people to meaningful and impactful experiences.
The Senior People Analytics Manager will assess and select technology platforms enabling access to analytics and insights (including dashboards, modeling, insights, gap analysis, etc.) focused on ensuring our business and people objectives are achieved. You will have the opportunity to identify new, leading platforms, establish and expand business impact and drive a critical aspect of our transformation. Get ready to roll up your sleeves! Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build/develop and maintain simple to complex reports and dashboards utilizing technology tools which are accurate and build trust, and ultimately mature people analytics function to be predictive
Act as a consultant through partnership with HR and business leaders to understand business needs and scope data/analytics requests
Advise on data and analytics opportunities and understand the root of the query, and challenge as needed
Design and provide data and analytics which provides strategic decision support
Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence and support people decisions
Monitor the pulse of our people, through data and analytics and continually, to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience and achieving organizational goals
Evaluate existing analytics on an ongoing basis with a focus on continuous improvement, simplification, and impact/value creation
Steward the company’s purpose, values, and culture
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Data Science/Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited university or college
Five (5) years+ experience in people analytics
Deep technical, hands-on expertise in data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, reporting and software
Technical knowledge of various database management and HRIS systems, as well as experience with key HR processes
Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
Demonstrated skills in presenting effective visualization and storytelling of people data
Ability to utilize critical thinking and effective assessment of requests to ensure the best analytics and visualizations can drive meaningful action and decision-making
Strong project management and organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to find innovative and creative ways to approach people analytics
Learn and understand new technologies and solutions quickly, with the ability to apply the new solution and develop others
