Our new ACD will have a strong (like The Rock strong) background in design and art direction, and a solid (again, like The Rock) background in creating dense brand experiences. It’s also great if you appreciate copy and are stellar at concepting. And of course, you can execute it all, start to finish. Too much? Not for you. We develop brand strategies and platforms that will inspire your best work. Along with 10 team members that you’ll love to work with and love hanging out with on our rooftop patio. Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations
Direct the design and development of creative materials from concept to production
Ensure brand identity and message consistency across channels
Meet client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines
Manage multiple projects, staff and timelines
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
Excellent skills, especially with design, animation, and photo-editing software
Exceptional creativity and innovation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field is required
8+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction and concept
