Hillary Ferry, Digital Marketing Director, Two Rivers Marketing

Hillary is a digital strategist, educator and thought leader with more than 15 years of experience developing integrated marketing strategies for small to large-sized brands in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, entertainment, healthcare, insurance, finance, retail, manufacturing, and technology. Her passion for technology and marketing drives her desire to stay on top of the latest trends in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, and she specializes in developing digital marketing strategies that drive online collaboration and brand growth.

Jeff White, Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, Flynn Wright

Before joining Flynn Wright, Jeff was an executive director with Two Rivers Marketing, a Des Moines-based business-to-business communications firm, overseeing public relations, media, digital marketing and creative services. He began his agency career with Kragie Newell (now Integer) in 1996.

Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University’s Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication, and serves on the school’s advisory council. He and his wife Mara — who also works for Flynn Wright — live in Ankeny and have three wonderful children.

Josh Fleming, Vice President of Marketing, Bank Iowa

Josh Fleming has been working in marketing for over 20 years and has focused on corporate branding and digital media strategies. Josh recently joined Bank Iowa as their Vice President of Marketing where he overseas marketing communications for the bank. Prior to Bank Iowa, Josh was with the The Meyocks Group, developing brand strategies and marketing plans for a variety of clients. Josh has also spent time at Lessing-Flynn, The Integer Group and DHI Holdings.

The University of Missouri graduate is the former AMA Iowa Chapter President, a member of the Business Record’s Forty Under 40, and for a middle-aged ginger, he’s actually a pretty decent guy. In fact, Fleming typically attributes any perceived success to consistently being surrounded by people more talented than himself.  

Josh and his lovely wife Daina (as in someones in the kitchen with Dinah) live in Waukee and spend their free time driving their occasionally lovely five children to soccer, baseball, basketball, ballet and swim meets.

In his spare time (which is rare), Josh teaches a digital marketing class at Drake University and is currently pitching an animated comedy series he wrote to the good folks at NetFlix. True story.

Michael Rivera, Executive Creative Director, The Integer Group/TBWA

As a result of his unique background leading creative direction and creative strategy in brand agencies, digital, and shopper/commerce experience agencies, Michael brings a fresh, 360 degree perspective to his work and inspired platform-savvy integration to his teams. He has guided clients to award-winning campaigns and built dynamic multi-discipline creative departments in global agency networks as well as independent boutiques.  

Michael is currently the Executive Creative Director at The Integer Group / TBWA, and has served in the same role at, HY Connect and MARC USA, in addition to formerly being a Creative Director at JWT and an innovation consultant at Maddock Douglas. Michael has shaped breakthrough creative, content and design solutions for many global and leading brands including BFGoodrich, LG, Pella, True Value, Kraft, Oscar Mayer, Motorola, Sears, HBO, Michelin, Sherwin Williams, Allstate, MillerCoors, Sennheiser, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Dreamworks Animation, Nike, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Fisher-Price and HP.
