Welcome to Des Moines Chick-fil-A - Developing a Brand and Culture in a Low Awareness Market

Event:

Cody Hopper, worked for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and knows what it takes to bring a meaningful brand into a low awareness market. He is now the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A on Merle Hay Road and has laid a great foundation in Des Moines for his family and local community for years come. 

He will share insights of the Chick-fil-A brand and how the culture of the company affects more than just the customers, employees, and the community. There will be many takeaways for marketing, branding, and how to think of culture at your company too. Have your whole office join us for this luncheon as it will have something for everyone!  

Biography:

As the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Merle Hay, my family and I are excited to be a part of the growth of the greater Des Moines Metro! We opened the restaurant on September 22, 2016 and we have been growing ever since because of the gracious support of our local community. My mission for our restaurant is to "Serve with Excellence", as I get the opportunity to influence and inspire 50+ leaders and team members by treating everyone with honor, dignity, and respect. My goal is to help each of them get to the next level and create a legacy of excellence for years to come by partnering with our local school systems, businesses and organizations.

Prior to opening our restaurant, I spent two years traveling the country for Chick-fil-A, Inc. as a Grand Opening Supervisor in the Leadership Development Program. I partnered alongside new Operators helping them set up their business throughout emerging markets. My career with Chick-fil-A began in 2010 while attending North Carolina State University. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Management at NCSU in 2012. 

My wife Nicole and I currently reside in Grimes, Iowa with our two sons, Hank (3 years) and Hicks (8 months). We are extremely honored to expand awareness and provide local ownership of a meaningful Chick-fil-A brand throughout the greater Des Moines Metro.
