Building off of our age of assistance conversation, there are core pillars that consumers are expecting in their research journey and opportunities to provide magical digital moments across the path to purchase. During today's session, we are going to discuss \companies that have made the push to innovate and test during times of economic tailwinds in order to prepare for the future. In addition, we will dive deeper on three core pillars that have become table stakes for customer interaction: Price Transparency, Justifying "Why Your Business?," and providing a seamless eCommerce experience. We should have time to discuss your questions and brainstorm as a group how other AAF partners could evolve their approach.

Biography:

Matt Gaither is an Account Lead with Google. Primarily he works with the largest companies in the Home Services industry to help drive efficient performance and anticipate future trends in the marketplace. These partnerships are primarily focused on utilizing Google's marketing solutions in order to accomplish business goals as well as consulting on website, call center, and UX flows to ensure a frictionless path to purchase. Before his tenure with Google, Matt worked at Valassis developing Direct Mail, Digital Display, and Email Blast strategies for the CPG industry. During his tenure at Valassis, Matt partnered directly with some of the largest CPGs in the world, including PepisCo and Procter & Gamble.
