As Senior Performance Media Manager, Chloe Just’s thoughtful approach to performance media (channels like paid search, paid social) ensures her clients’ campaigns achieve continued success. Since joining Nina Hale in 2018, Chloe is responsible for performance media campaign strategy and campaign performance analysis, and ensures that campaigns are efficiently and effectively optimized. Chloe has experience on a variety of brands like 3M, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Landscape Structures Inc., and more.
Prior to Nina Hale, Chloe was at the software company Workiva, where she was responsible for developing and executing a demand generation strategy through various channels including paid search, paid social, display, and direct mail. Originally from Des Moines, Chloe graduated from Iowa State University in 2015 with a degree in advertising.

Kathleen Petersen serves as the Vice President of Media and is responsible for media strategy and innovation, as well as overseeing the agency’s media leadership team. Petersen has strong experience in all phases of the digital marketing process from setting strategy for B2B and B2C clients through execution and measurement.
