How to Build Culturally Relevant Brands on Social Media

Description: Being relevant, in a positive way, has become more important than ever for brands on social media. We’ll explore how brands can identify their niche, understand where they have permission to engage, and build strategies to authentically show up during events that matter. 
Speaker Bio: Lucille Carver is a strategic storyteller with over 10 years of experience in the communications field. She recently joined Qualified, a conversational marketing sales and marketing platform, and is thrilled to be working remotely from Iowa. Prior to joining Qualified, Lucille worked on the Social Marketing team at LinkedIn, as well all McDonald’s Corporate where she served as their Digital and Social Strategy Supervisor. Lucille received her M.S. in Communication from Northwestern University and her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from Drake University.
